accessibility ACCESSIBILITY

Through the years, I’ve come to realize that while surgical skill plays a major role, the key to achieving an optimal post-operative result and most importantly patient satisfaction, lies in exceptional communication and education which occurs pre-operatively. Purposeful scheduling to allow meaningful time spent with patients is critical to establishing positive relationships and a mutual comfort level. I thoroughly enjoy getting to talk with patients and find out what motivates them to be in our office, interested in plastic surgery. The consultation allows time to evaluate and qualify a patient both physically and emotionally, as well as to make certain they are well educated about treatment specifics and limitations.

I have been practicing plastic surgery in the Chattanooga area since 1995. Chattanooga Plastic Surgery was established in 2000, mainly out of a desire to provide a more personal type of care and we have been very successful in making that happen. I feel I have a real hands-on approach with my patients and consider it a privilege to personally provide all care post-operatively as well as to personally perform all in office procedures. It’s a chance for me to spend time with patients and a chance for them to get to know me. I want my patients to know I am accessible and feel confident I will be there for them throughout their relationship with my office.

I am also extremely fortunate to have surrounded myself with an amazing office staff, who appreciates as I do, that the decisions made in our office are important ones. We have a very warm, skilled and supportive team who spend a meaningful amount of time with patients, listening and trying to understand their feelings and what they hope to achieve through plastic surgery. We believe patients expect and deserve total commitment to their safety, well-being and overall satisfaction.

At Chattanooga Plastic Surgery, we strive to make your experience informative, comfortable, confidential and certainly enjoyable. Whether you are considering a subtle touch-up or a more dramatic change in appearance, there is a sense of excitement and profound belief in what we do. We look forward to seeing you in our office for your own private consultation.
